Aquamarine Raw Gemstone Sterling Silver Star Pendant
I combined a natural raw aquamarine gemstone with a sterling silver star charm. This comes with a 24 inch silver filled chain. Aquamarine means "water of the sea". It is a blue or turquoise variety of beryl. This crystal has a sterling wire bail and rainbow prisms. It is pale blue in color and is from Pakistan. The star is marked 925.
Crystals that are blue in color are healers. Aquamarine helps to strengthen courage so you are able to deal with difficult issues. It can raise your energy level and aid in communication with the life force within you. It also reduces stress and will assist you in letting go of anger and emotional associations from the past.
It is believed that wearing aquamarine can enhance love and maintain a positive relationship. It helps to ensure truthfulness in both personal and business affairs. It aids in emotional and mental balance, releasing negative emotions and replacing them with peace and clarity. Tradition says that sailors often wear aquamarine charms for protection when at sea.
Blue is associated with the element of water. The water element represents the calm sea that brings us peace, but can also be stormy and ever changing. Water personalities are sensitive and caring people. They are often natural healers.
The star is a symbol of balance in the way that each element balances with the other. The upward point of the star represents Spirit. The other four points each represent an element; earth, air, fire, and water. The ancient Greeks believed that all of these reside in everything.
