I used a flexible clear vial and added quartz crystals and glow-in-the-dark pale green paint. I wrapped the vial with silver wire, attached pewter onion dome caps and added a dangling tiny silver star charm. This comes with a silver plated link chain and is approximately 17 inches long. Celestial Atmospheric space dust contained in a miniature vial to wear. A great Steampunk or Cosplay accessory.
