Welcome. I hope you will find things here that interest you. Many of my items are OOAK {one of a kind}. I may be able to reproduce a piece, so if you try to buy an item and it shows as out of stock, please contact me to see if another similar item can be made. The photos of my items are enlarged for detail. That is why I always use a ruler in the picture or note the measurements in the listing, so that you know the exact size. Please be sure to verify this before you buy, to avoid disappointment when the item is smaller than it looked in the photo.

Stones listed as natural, raw, or rough may have some imperfections and inclusions. Be sure to check all photos, including the zoom feature, for details about a particular stone. Colors may vary with individual monitors. Many stones are susceptible to fading, and they should be kept out of direct sunlight. Do not use hot water or salt water to clean them. Stone properties and descriptions are for informational purposes only and do not offer any guaranteed outcomes. Also, they are not intended as a substitute for medical care.

Please remember that my jewelry designs may not be completely waterproof because I sometimes use eco-friendly adhesive and glaze. Do not wear while bathing, swimming, or sleeping. Do not apply perfume or other chemicals while wearing.

A polishing cloth is the best thing for cleaning and shining metal jewelry. Storing your jewelry inside some type of container will help protect it and keep it from tarnishing.

Buyer assumes all responsibilities and risks when wearing or using items purchased from this store. They are not intended for young children as the items contain small parts that could be a choking hazard.

By making a purchase you agree that you:
Have read the item description and shop policies before making a purchase;
Have submitted appropriate payment for item(s) purchased; and
Have provided accurate shipping information.

Payment

I accept Paypal, credit card payments through Paypal, and credit cards through direct checkout.

Reserved listings must be paid within 5 days unless buyer notifies me of additional time needed. If not paid within that time period, I will list the item for sale in my store.


Sales Tax will be collected on purchases from Illinois residents at 6.5%

Shipping

I will usually ship out your item within 3 days of completed payment. I ship using USPS.com with delivery confirmation. Items paid via Paypal will be sent to your verified Paypal address so please be sure your mailing address is current in your Paypal account. I will combine shipping whenever possible to save you money.

Custom items or items temporarily out of stock may take longer to ship.

I cannot be responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipping for uninsured items.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me and I will be happy to resolve the problem with a refund, exchange, or store credit. Item must be returned to me in the original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please use a tracking number to confirm receipt of returned item. I cannot refund shipping costs. Items that have been altered, used, or worn cannot be returned. Seasonal items cannot be returned. Custom made items cannot be returned, so please be sure you are happy with them before shipment.
