A recycled 380 caliber silver bullet shell casing holds a natural water clear Arkansas quartz crystal point. I added an antiqued silver plated copper moon charm and a Swarovski channel crystal to the bail. This comes with a 24 inch silver filled chain. The quartz crystal is water clear and has two record keeper triangles.

The scientific community began studying quartz crystals as far back as the 17th century. When pressure is applied to a crystal, energy is released in the form of heat, light and electrical voltage. This is called piezoelectricity, and it was discovered by Jacques and Pierre Curie in 1880. This research suggests that there may be more to crystals than meets the eye.

Record keeper crystals usually have raised or incised triangles on one or more of their faces. These crystals are said to contain ancient knowledge and profound secrets of the universe. Many people claim to be able to access this information from their record keeper crystals. The crystals can also be used for personal meditation and to achieve balance and enlightenment.

I use recycled bullet shell casings, metal filigrees, Swarovski crystals, natural gemstones and vintage glass. All of the bullet casings I use are recycled so please allow for variations and small imperfections.
