I added a silver alloy spider web stamping to a recycled 38 special silver bullet shell casing, with a faceted red crystal as the "bullet". I attached a red Swarovski crystal for the spider in the web. This comes with a 24 inch silver plated chain. 

The spider's web design has long been associated with the origin of basket weaving, knot work, and spinning by many different cultures. Spinning, weaving, and binding analogies are prevalent in belief systems in almost every place on earth. Spider symbolism is used throughout ancient folklore and mythology.  Spider symbols are used for protection from forces that can harm you, and are often used in protection rituals. The spider is also symbolic of female creative energy, wisdom and learning. 

Red is the color associated with the element of fire. The color red can initiate courage, and it adds power and support to your system. It symbolizes life's blood and can represent passion, fire, joy, renewal, and desire. Fire is an element of passion and it can be used to attract a new flame or revive an old one. 

An original Beautiful Bullets design. I have been creating bullet jewelry since 2009 and have designed hundreds of different styles and types. I use recycled bullet shell casings, metal filigrees, Swarovski crystals, natural gemstones, vintage glass, and other items.

Part of the proceeds is donated to charity. I have sent donations to the Peace Corps, the Patriot Guard Riders, the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund, the Sandy Hook School Support Fund, Wounded Warriors, and the USO. Thanks to everyone who has purchased one of these designs and made that possible.
