I used aluminum silver wire and and created a coiled abstract snake pendant. I then added a wire wrapped natural quartz crystal hanging from its mouth, and a tiny hematite sphere in one of the coils. This comes with a 24 inch silver filled chain. The quartz  has a dusting of red hematite that gives it a slight reddish color.

A snake or serpent can represent fertility or life force. Because a snake can shed its skin, this symbolizes rebirth and transformation. As a totem or spirit animal, a snake can provide guidance during transition and upheaval. The energy it generates is both powerful and healing, to yourself and to others around you.

Hematite is a very strong protection stone. It enhances focus, courage, optimism, trust, stability, and balance. It is also believed to bring good luck and good health. Hematite gives protection and absorbs negativity. It is a great stone for grounding.

Quartz amplifies and directs energy and builds energy pathways. It can strengthen the energies of anything it is put with, and can be used to channel energy and send it out to other stones. The resonating quality is the reason that quartz was originally used in radios and other transmitters, and manufactured crystals are still used in electronic devices today.
